In Tucson we went to the Kon Tiki restaurant with Emily. Bought a mug and a scorpian bowl to add to our collection. The food was good, the drinks were great.

We also made a stop at Tombstone on our way from El Paso to Tuscon. Typical old west town. Wish we'd had time to see the gunfight, but maybe next time.

As promised, here are the pics from Carlsbad Caverns. It was amazing, I highly recommend going if you're ever in the area.

Next time, pictures of the Kon Tiki in Tucson!

Yes, we are still alive. I havent had internet in so long, I have so many new email s it looks like the population of a small country.

Anyway, here is a quick summary of the past month.

After leaving Memphis, we played Oklahoma (Tulsa and Oklahoma City). Other than lots of fair food (mmmmmm...deep fried cheddar bacon mashed potatoes on a stick), it was pretty uneventful.

THen we played Amarillo, TX. Home of the 72oz steak, which our stage manager and one of our electricians attempted to eat (both failed).
This pic would be McGee (SM) in his "eatin' hat".

Jay's attempt at the steak.

Also in Amarillo, is Cadillac Ranch. Nate and I have always talked about visiting, so it was awesome to finally see it.

Next update, pictures from Carlsbad Caverns, which was so amazing. Oh, and I got a new tattoo, but no pics of it yet (it is still healing).
