Still in Toronto. It was unseasonally warm when we first got here, but it is getting cold now. Nates parents drove up to visit for a couple days, it was wonderful to get to see family for the holidays, even if we had to work. This show schedule (2 shows everyday at noon and 4pm) is starting to ride everyone's nerves. I'm hearing lots of references to the movie "Groundhog Day" in relation to our show schedule. Other than the repetitiveness of the shows, Toronto is great. Lots to do. We went out with the crew to the Underground (a bar) which had a great live band. Tonight Nate and I are having dinner at the restaurant at the top of the CN tower (I had to go shopping just to get something nice enough to wear).
Off to work now. Got to enjoy the next few days, this is our head electricians last city, so starting next week (in Syracuse, NY, USA) we will be severely short handed (down 2 electricians). Once he's gone, its all work and no play for the rest of us, at least for a while.

I seem to have misplaced the cable to connect my camera to the computer, so no pics for a while.

We are currently in Toronto. We are staying in the hotel this week because the people at the building are morons. Seems that notifying them ahead of time that our show has two RVs which will require space and power wasn't specific enough. THey were quite suprised to learn that people expect to LIVE in the Rvs. Seems that is not allowed at the sky dome.

So, we make dinner in the RV after work, than haqve to go back to the hotel to go to sleep, then back to the RV for breakfast in the morning. Stupid.

Oh well. And Nate was going to get me a new tattoo for xmas, but since we had to stay in the hotel (and put down a $250 deposit to get the dogs in) I think I'll have to put it on hold.

Darnit.

Gotta go now. Tomorrow is xmas eve, we have 2 shows.

RIP Peter Boyle
WHile I am not a fan of "Everybody Loves Raymond", I loved Boyle in "Young Frankenstein" and his guest spot on the X-Files was award winning.

I have "Young Frankenstein" on DVD. Think I'll watch it today.

Just updated my amazon.com wish list. I am such a geek. It's all comic books and horror movies.

Oh well.

If anyone wants to get me a xmas gift, click on the icon below.

My Amazon.com Wish List
If we ever have a kid (which is very unlikely) I am totally buying this shirt for the little rugrat.

Got our first flat tire last night on the way from Moline, Ill to Youngstown, OH.

We had a spare, we had tools, what we didn't have was a jack.

After spending, way too much money on 2 new tires, we have arrived in Ohio.

Can't we just skip this week and go to Toronto now?
